Problem

Implementation
Humagician is a full-stack platform built with a ReactJS frontend and Python backend, deployed on DigitalOcean with AWS AI services. It introduces Ops, an AI assistant that handles chats, drafts replies, and executes automations — with direct integration into external tools, APIs, and workflows.
The product includes:
- native integrations for Shopify, Wix, and WordPress via a single script embed
- a custom AI knowledge base for training Ops on company-specific content
- branded chat widgets deployable on any platform
- a drag-and-drop form builder with embeddable intake forms
- a unified inbox spanning live chat, form submissions, and social (Instagram, Facebook)
- AI-generated reply suggestions for operators to review and send
- end-to-end automation that completes tasks rather than just recommending next steps
- PII redaction, webhook export, and performance analytics
Ops Modes
Autonomous Mode: Ops responds to customers and completes tasks independently without operator involvement. Suitable for high-volume, repetitive workflows.
On-Demand Mode: Operators maintain full control. Ops acts only when explicitly requested — drafting replies, looking up information, or executing specific tasks on demand.
The handoff between human and AI is seamless and configurable per conversation type, operator preference, or workflow rule.

The operator client is designed for speed across web, desktop (Windows, macOS, Linux), and mobile (iOS, Android):
