I’m excited to share that Fluenik is preparing to launch a new agentic AI platform for inbound automation: Humagician.
Humagician is designed to modernize how businesses handle customer interactions and operational workflows. The initial release will focus on core support capabilities, including live chat, intelligent form submissions, and dynamic data lists — all built to streamline communication and reduce manual overhead.
Meet Ops
At the center of the platform is our AI assistant, Ops.
Ops can operate in two distinct modes:
Autonomous Mode – Ops can automatically respond to inbound chats and messages, and execute pre-approved actions without human intervention.
On-Demand Mode – Ops acts only when prompted, and all actions require human approval before execution.
This dual-mode approach allows teams to balance efficiency with oversight, depending on their comfort level and operational needs.
Beyond Conversations
Beyond conversations, Ops is built with extensibility in mind. It can integrate directly with Shopify APIs and other custom APIs to perform real business tasks — such as updating orders, modifying customer records, and triggering backend workflows — turning AI from a passive responder into an active operator.
